 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

PLEASE go to our website www.collarofhope.org to read all information about our puppies, rescue, adoption process and to submit our adoption application.  All of our information does not transfer to the adoption sites.

Before completing our adoption application, please consider the following:

Is someone home to raise and train a puppy?
Do you have a securely fenced yard for the puppy?
Can you give a puppy a 15ish year commitment? 

ALFIE is a gorgeous, unique medium sized guy.  He came to us with his Mom and siblings.  We have no idea of his breed mix but there is some shepherd, something scruffy and medium sized.  He almost looks like a scotty met a lab or shepherd.  Though those breeds are not in him by the looks of all the puppies and Mama.  Both he and his sister developed cherry eyes and they required surgery to correct this.  It took 2 surgeries and his eyes are perfect now!  He is a great medium size, has soft medium fur (like his blonde mama) and is pretty bomb proof with all people and other animals.  He is and always has been the laziest puppy of his litter so will not make a good long walking or hiking buddy but he does like an easy stroll.  He's too heavy to pack out of a trail.  But he's a very sweet, fun and lovable boy to do little walks and hanging out at home.  He's 6 months now so still needs continued training by his new family.  

Our puppies are or will be neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated age appropriate (they will need additional vaccines), de-wormed and parasite treated/prevented throughout their time with CoH as a foster puppy.
