 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Kira is a sweet, young girl who's looking for a committed new home that will take great care of her, teach her what she should know and love her for the rest of her life.  
She came to us very sick via our vet office after her family shared their own holiday meal with her, big no-no for dogs.  She's healthy, vetted and ready now!  She enjoys playing with a foster dog who's the same age.  We have not had her around any kids so don't know if she's comfortable with children yet.  We have not had her with any kitties either as we don't have any at this time. She is not fully potty trained yet so we have pads down and are working on this with her.  She can be a tad shy at first with new people, typical chihuahua behavior, but warms up quickly. 
We were told that in her original home, she spent a lot of time on her Mom's lap and slept with her.  She does fine with us in a pen with a bed, pad, water and toys.
