 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

PLEASE go to our website www.collarofhope.org to read all information about our puppies, rescue, adoption process and to submit our adoption application.  All of our information does not transfer to the adoption sites.

Before completing our adoption application, please consider the following:

Is someone home to raise and train a puppy?
Do you have a securely fenced yard for the puppy?
Can you give a puppy a 15ish year commitment?

Alvin is a scruffy coated mix who should be a medium sized adult. His Mama and her male companion (possibly the Papa) that came in with her look to have Shepherd and the male some herding breed but Mama has blonde scruffy fur like Alvin, so this pup is truly a heinz 57 of mixes .  We don't know what breed gave mama her blonde scruffy fur but she's one very sweet 50# girl so we're guessing this boy will be about the same size if not bigger.  He's already 25 lbs at 4 months old!    He's going to need all the puppy training from her new family.  

Puppies that are not old enough to have received all 3 puppy DHPP vaccines will not be adopted to anyone in apartment or condo residents as they are not protected against parvo or distemper until they've received all 3 vaccines.

Our puppies are or will be neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated age appropriate (they will need additional vaccines), de-wormed and parasite treated/prevented throughout their time with CoH as a foster puppy.
 

Vaccine Protocol is as follows:
DHPP series of 3 are needed and puppies are not protected against parvo or distemper until they're received ALL 3 vaccines.
Rabies 6 months of age

Requires a yard, Leashtrained, Cratetrained, Likes to play with toys, Playful, Timid, Affectionate, Even-tempered, Gentle
