 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Our ADOPTION PROCESS - ADOPTION FEES and ADOPTION APPLICATION can be found on our Petfinder Home Page www.collarofhope.petfinder.com Lucky is lucky in that he was found on the streets abandoned as a very young puppy of about 5 weeks of age and loved to the best of their ability to take care of him and his special needs. When they were no longer in a position to be there for Lucky, they turned him over to our rescue to find another very loving and understanding home that will hopefully love him and care for him for the rest of his life. Lucky was likely born with neurological problems. He shakes and wobbles when he's not asleep. He scoots around with his front legs out to the sides but gets around quite well. He also will project his tiny 9 pound body forward wtih leaps to get where he wants to be with his back legs. He eats and drinks well however heart breaking it is to witness sometimes due to his bobbing back and forth resembling a bird pecking at scratch. With all of this, he still enjoys his toys and curling up in his bed and blankets. He also loves the people who've been in his life. He has been trained to use potty pads and does a great job with only occasional misses but always tries to hit the pad. If you are a very special, kind hearted person that can offer Lucky a permanent good life and home, please send in our adoption application for Lucky!
