 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

He's happy, good natured and lovable! He was born on 3-13-11 in rescue after several Shih Tzu's were found abandoned in the desert of eastern WA by a family out on thier quads. They were lucky to have been born in rescue so they have been well cared for since they were born. The adults were in rough shape from neglect. They were dumped by either a puppy mill outfit but more likely a back yard breeder that got in over their heads. He is a baby and someone must be with him most of the time to work on all the training that a young puppy requires. He will be neutered, his first 2 vaccines (of 3 needed), parasite treated/prevented and micro chipped. $300 adoption fee applies. To meet or be considered for adoption, you must FIRST email us our completed adoption application to: collar.of.hope@live.com PLEASE BE CERTAIN YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT WHEN YOU ASK ABOUT OR APPLY FOR A RESCUE. WE WILL NOT HOLD THEM FOR VACATIONS, MOVING INTO A NEW HOME OR HOLIDAYS ONCE APPROVED AND SELECTED TO ADOPT A RESCUE. We thank you for seeking a rescue dog!
