 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

This VERY handsome, mannerly, friendly boy is SNOOPY. He is a Dapple Dachshund with beautiful blue eyes. SNOOPY is about 2 years old and has such a gentle and good personality and VERY easy to like. His coloring is a rich chestnut with the white markings. He weighs about 14#. SNOOPY is not blind nor deaf. He loves all people and especially to sleep with a human at night, snuggled close by or under the covers. SNOOPY uses the dog door to go in and out. He plays well with the other dogs, I haven't seen him growl or be aggressive in any type of situation. He hasn't been around too many children and because of his long back which can cause some Doxie's medical issues, there shouldn't be small children in the home or a home with a lot of stairs he would have to go up and down daily. SNOOPY is a typical Doxie who does NOT like being cold and he loves to sit on laps, snuggle next to someone or be covered with a warm, soft blanket. SNOOPY loves to go for car rides and is very good in the car. He also enjoys going into stores with us and getting a lot of people stopping to pet and talk to him. He is such a laid back loving dog and it doesn't take long to fall in love with him....plus he is so handsome. SNOOPY has great house manners and would make an outstanding companion for a senior couple or person. He is such an easy going boy and seldom barks unless there is something to bark at. I have found him to be a true delight!!! SNOOPY has been neutered, is current with vaccines and worming's and micro-chipped.
