ARROW, named for the striking marking on the top of his head, is a handsome, lean rat terrier mix boy. He's about 2 years and maybe 10-12 pounds. He is great with people and most other dogs. He's great with female dogs and males that don't want to push him buttons. He's pretty calm for a terrier but has plenty of energy for some good walks.
