 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Mason is true to his breed with his love of fetch and water play.  He's good with other animals but is possessive of his toys and food. For this reason, homes with older kids or no kids would be best for him.  He thrives with structure so should not be left to just run amok.  He's been through obedience and is over all a great dog. 
If someone is stern with him, he can get defensive at times though.  He is crate trained and should be there when food sources are out and get himself into trouble. 
He is so ball crazy, he really missed his calling and should have gone into a career as a search dog.  If you engage in this activity to assist your community, he's not too old to learn, just too old to be picked up by professional organization.
