 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

Felix was abandoned with 6 other dogs in a wire crate.  They escaped and eventually all were rounded up and brought to safety.  He was caught using a trap.
He is very timid, shy and needs a lot of work on his confidence and continued training.  3 others are the same and only 1 that we got, Fergie, readily goes up to people for affection and attention.  He is also initially afraid of new dogs but will get used to them pretty quickly.  When you hold him, he snuggles into you and wants love so badly but it seems to be foreign to him.  As soon as he can jump off your lap, he will.  
We are requiring a securely fenced yard for this dog, no exceptions.
Please be sure you are capable and ready for a dog like this if you do apply for adoption.
