 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

This dog came to us after losing her Daddy.  She was extremely bonded to him and just tolerated her Mama.  She's always been an only pet and would do best in her next home as an only pet.  She only really tolerates very chill small dogs who don't bother her at all.  She's been great with her foster Mom (who is a good pack leader) so it really seems like she's a one-person dog.  She would be a wonderful companion to a single person who is looking for a best friend.  She's used to daily walks and lots of cuddle time in between.  She's all beagle so a securely fenced yard is mandatory or outside time on leash 100% of the time.  Hounds cannot be trusted to not roam.  
She was fed a very poor diet and came to us very overweight.  She is getting a measured, small amount of food, walks and the excess weight is coming off.  Her new owner must continue this so she's healthy moving forward.  That also means not giving in to her puppy dog eyes when she's staring you down while you eat, no sharing!
