 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

MATEO is a super sweet darling little boy.  He would love it if someone were around to snuggle him and love him for the rest of his life.  He is an older boy, but he is a sweetheart.  He loves to be held and carried.  Mateo found himself in a shelter when he was dropped off as a stray.  The shelter feels that the guy who left him there was his owner who was not able to give him the medical care he needed as he was quite distraught when he left.  He had chewed the fur off of the base of his tail and a little on a front leg.  His eyes required medication as well.   His fur is all back in now and his eyes look good.  He cannot eat grain foods and treats.  But he does require Optimune Eye Medication for life now.  It's easy to get the ointment in his eyes too.  We had a dental done on him so his teeth are good to go now.  They were in bad shape. He's an easy keeper and does well with other dogs.  There are 2 owned dogs and have been a few other fosters in and out of his foster home too.  He's done well with them all.
