 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

PLEASE go to our website www.collarofhope.org to read all information about our puppies, rescue, adoption process and to submit our adoption application.  All of our information does not transfer to the adoption sites. Before completing our adoption application, please consider the following: Is someone home to raise and train a puppy? Do you have a securely fenced yard for the puppy? Can you give a puppy a 15ish year commitment?

ELF is a cute and fun young boy who doesn't know what a bad day is.  According to ELF, every day is a good day!  We believe he is part terrier of some sort and maybe Pug and Chihuahua.  He's happy and friendly, and yes, he can be bouncy, but he is a sweetheart most of all.  He likes to follow people around and be where they are.  He likes to go for walks, run around the yard and play with toys.  Once done with all that, he will like a belly rub and a snuggle.  Elf gets along great with dogs and enjoys playing with them.  Elf is good with cats, too.    He is crate trained and working on potty training, but he's young and still needs watched like all new dogs do.  ELF would do best in a house....no apartments, condos, or townhomes.   Elf is fun, playful, lovable, and ready for a family that knows what a commitment is. 

Elf is fully vaccinated now and just needs boosters done when his 1 yr vaccines expire.
Our puppies are or will be neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated age appropriate (they may need additional vaccines depending on age and time with us), de-wormed and parasite treated/prevented throughout their time with CoH as a foster puppy.
