Poor Oscar was rescued infested with ticks and had a tick borne disease.  He completed his medical treatment and is all good now!  He was born with an undeveloped eye so only has one eye.  He's otherwise healthy and happy.  When he was picked up, he had to be shaved down to remove all the ticks from him and assess the skin damage from them.  So his fur is still growing back and looks a bit of a mess (Poms shouldn't be shaved down normally but it was a medical necessity).  He should look gorgeous in no time.
This sweet, neglected soul is now healthy and ready for a do over in life with an amazing new family once he's ready!
