 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

 HOLLY is a true shih tzu girl who's very sweet and lovable!  She lost her home when her doting Mama could no longer care for her.  She is on daily medication for her eyes and that's life long.  
She was an only dog but true to her breed, has been wonderful with the doggies she's met since coming into rescue.  
She is used to great vet care and grooming, she just needs a dental is all now. 
We are seeking a foster, foster to adopt or hospice foster for this girl to make her transition as seamless as possible for her.  You would need to be able to get her to our vet in Tacoma for any appointments or to a board member the day before appointments for this to work so she can get any care she'll need if doing a foster or foster to adopt or hospice foster.  If you're interested in this option, please submit our foster application if you don't have one on file already.  If you do, please just email in to let us know. 
IF you would like to adopt her once her dental is done and take over her care for the rest of her life, absolutely please submit our adoption application.
