 We are a foster home based rescue and have no facility to visit.
 Prior to adoption, our animals are spay/neutered, vaccinated including rabies/age appropriate, microchipped and parasite treated/prevented as a minimum.

PLEASE go to our website www.collarofhope.org to read all information about our puppies, rescue, adoption process and to submit our adoption application.  All of our information does not transfer to the adoption sites.

This doll is a small puppy and our best guess on her adult size is about 6 pounds.  She is a sweet, fun little girl.  To be considered for her new family, the following must be met.
Is someone home to raise and train her?
Do you have a securely fenced yard (not that she should ever be outside unattended anyway) (she is not fully vaccinated so no one in apartments or alike with shared outside spaces will be considered)
Can you afford the dental care that a very small dog will need their whole life?
Your home has no young or rambunctious children?
Can you offer a 15+ year commitment to her?  
Can you provide a healthy diet for her? 
If you answered yes to these questions, maybe this doll (or her sister) may be the new family member for you so please submit our adoption application for consideration. 

Puppies that are not old enough to have received all 3 puppy DHPP vaccines will not be adopted to anyone in apartment or condo residents as they are not protected against parvo or distemper until they've received all 3 vaccines.

Our puppies are or will be neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated age appropriate, de-wormed and parasite treated/prevented throughout their time with CoH as a foster puppy.
The puppy will be vaccinated according to their age and will need additional vaccinations depending on their age.

Vaccine Protocol is as follows:
DHPP series of 3 are needed and puppies are not protected against parvo or distemper until they're received ALL 3 vaccines.
Bordetella 12 weeks of age
Rabies 4-6 months of age

Good with Older/Considerate Kids Only, Good with Adults, Requires a yard
