This litter will be neutered by the adopter and at their expense due to our neuter clinic is closed at this time.  Adopter will pay the $400.00 adoption fee and receive a $100.00 refund when we get proof of spay/neuter by the designated date on the contract.
The puppies will be micro-chipped, vaccinated age appropriate (at least the first 2 of 3 required dhpp combo vaccines , de-wormed and parasite treated/prevented throughout their time with CoH as a foster puppy.

Suzie Q is a gorgeous inky black girl.  She is playful and adventurous like her siblings.  We have no idea of her breed mix as she doesn't look like her Mom (looks like a JRT x Sheltie) and Dad(s) unknown.  She will probably be a smaller medium sized adult but again, we cannot guarantee how big or how small she will be as an adult but will be a larger small or smaller medium size..  Right now she looks like a black lab puppy but at her size, certainly is not a lab.
Someone must be home to raise and train her for many months (so if you're home now but won't be when restrictions are lifted, a puppy is probably not the best option).

Puppies that are not old enough to have received all 3 puppy DHPP vaccines will not be adopted to anyone in apartment or condo residents as they are not protected against parvo or distemper until they've received all 3 vaccines.

Vaccine Protocol is as follows:

DHPP series of 3 are needed and puppies are not protected against parvo or distemper until they're received ALL 3 vaccines.
Bordetella 12 weeks of age
Rabies 4-6 months of age
