Ruby is a sweet, easy going older girl Her sight and hearing is diminishing but she does really well regardless. We are not sure of her breed mix but our best guess is a mix with some yorkie in it, perhaps westie? She arrived with this fur and we're not sure if she was shaved down on her body and left with her top do and tail fringe or if that's her naturally. She doesn't really like her hair brushed but it's fairly easy to get done if you are confident doing it. She lost 13 teeth when her badly needed dental was done and was treated for a urinary tract infection so a good, soft diet (good quality canned or raw diets is ideal for her) She loves to roam the yard and just hang out like most older dogs. She is crate trained and has kept it clean when she needs to be there. She does fine with other dogs but does not play with them, just sort of hangs out amiably.
